What we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and what we don't do with it.
When you submit a form on this website, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and whatever you write in the message field. We collect this because we need it to call you back and show up at the right place.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
We use what you send us to respond to your request, schedule and perform the work, invoice you, and keep records required for licensing and backflow certification reporting.
Backflow test results are submitted to your water purveyor, because that submission is the point of the test — it's what makes you compliant. That report includes the service address and assembly details.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — our website host, which processes form submissions and passes them to our email, and our billing system — and where the law or a water district's reporting requirements oblige us to.
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your service request, appointment timing, or an upcoming backflow testing deadline. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop.
California residents may request a copy of the personal information we hold about them, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front. To make a request, call (626) 281-6736 or email info@lueplumbing-alhambrabackflow.com.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may set a functional cookie related to form spam prevention. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers when the page loads.
